Fencing is the most common first job here. A cedar privacy run that is leaning is nearly always a post problem rather than a picket problem, which is why the posts go in galvanized steel rather than straight into clay that moves.
Once the fence is sorted, the patio cover is the obvious second job, and doing them in that order means the fence line is already set when the structure is positioned.
